About Us

A familiar, comforting aroma of fresh bread, with the scent of wood smoke, welcomes you as you enter our restaurant. Our warm, energetic and friendly atmosphere is complemented by rustic wooded tables beneath a large pergola draped with glowing café lights. You can feel the heart of our restaurant beating from the custom-built clay oven.


Our restaurant’s co-founder and chef, Ralf Wollman, believes the beauty is in its simplicity, “When cooked to perfection, the fewer ingredients, the better.” the fewer ingredients, the better. Our menu is an expression of our ethos: From farm, to fire, to table.”

Our varied menu features our legendary flatbreads, such as the 420 locally sourced chorizo and salami to the Veg Out , a vegetarian delight with fresh, organic vegetables . Start your meal with our Ma’s Chicken Noodle soup, featuring sustainably raised roasted chicken or our Community Garden Salad with fresh mescaline greens, radishes, tomatoes and our homemade to-die-for dressing.


Sip on a classic cocktail like Old Fashion or relax over a glass of bold shiraz.

Our signature flatbread dough, rolled into buns, brushed with pesto and toasted. Served with cold pressed olive oil and aged balsamic vinegar

Ma's Chicken Noodle

Hand cut noodles, roast chicken, fresh garden veggies suspended in house-made chicken bone broth

Olive Bruschetta

Freshly chopped olives & tomatoes seasoned with herbs & topped with feta Served with herbed flatbread

Community Cobb Salad

Tomatoes, bacon, cheese, onions, peppers & chicken on a bed of fresh greens tossed in our house-made buttermilk ranch.
